Régimen jurídico. El proceso de selección de la sociedad fiduciaria vocera y administradora del Fondo para la Vida y la Biodiversidad, su contratación, así como los actos y contratos requeridos para la administración, distribución y ejecución de los recursos del patrimonio autónomo se regirán por las normas del derecho privado, observando, en todo caso, los principios de la función administrativa de igualdad, moralidad, eficacia, economía, celeridad, imparcialidad y publicidad.
