Recibidos por el Ministerio de Obras Publicas los informes y planos que deben rendir la Junta y el Ingeniero, este Ministerio dispondrá lo conveniente para que, de acuerdo, con las disposiciones fiscales, se otorguen, en nombre de la Nación, las correspondientes escrituras que aseguren la propiedad de los terrenos cedidos a cada una de las entidades de que tratan los artículos anteriores.
