º Las estaciones que funcionan actualmente en el país en virtud de licencias que estén vigentes, podrán continuar funcionando hasta la expiración de éstas y no necesitan presentar de nuevo sus planos y especificaciones técnicas, a menos que deseen introducir cambios o reformas en su equipo, pero deberán solicitar la concesión contractual que por este Decreto se establece, con la anticipación de sesenta días de que se trata en el literal d).
