De la vigencia de las licencias sanitarias de funcionamiento . Las licencias sanitarias de funcionamiento para terminales portuarios, categorías I y II, tendrán una vigencia de cinco (5) años; para las demás licencias, su vigencia será de dos (2) años, siendo renovables por períodos iguales.
