º . Modifícase el artículo 14 del Decreto 975 de 2004, modificado por el artículo 2º del Decreto 3169 de 2004, el cual quedará así: Artículo 14 . Bolsa Unica Nacional. En cada vigencia se destinarán los recursos del Presupuesto Nacional para atender el proceso de Bolsa Unica Nacional. Además, si con posterioridad al agotamiento de los procesos establecidos en la normatividad vigente resultaren recursos sin comprometer, estos se asignarán a través de la Bolsa Unica Nacional.
