El Colegio a que se refiere el artículo anterior, funcionará en un edificio moderno, dotado de los muebles y útiles necesarios que, para ese objeto, ofrece ceder a la Nación, en propiedad y gratuitamente, el señor don Arturo García.

Parágrafo

Queda autorizado el Gobierno para aceptar la cesión del edificio, muebles y útiles mencionados. En la respectiva escritura de cesión se estipulará el tiempo durante el cual se obligue el Gobierno a sostener el Colegio; en compensación del traspaso de dominio que va a hacer el cedente. Dicho tiempo no será menor de treinta años.
