Artículo primero. Toda importación que se efectúe amparada en el Decreto número 0336 de 1957, requiere previo contrato con el Ministerio de Fomento. Las exportaciones de los productos elaborados podrán efectuarse parcialmente dentro del término estipulado en el respectivo contrato, hasta completar la totalidad de los artículos manufacturados.
