Apoyo estatal para seguimiento legislativo. La Cámara de Representantes hará un estimativo ponderado del valor asignado para traslados aéreos de los Representantes por las demás circunscripciones, el cual será tenido en cuenta para asignar con cargo al presupuesto del Congreso Nacional y en forma equitativa, el monto para los traslados al exterior del Representante elegido por la circunscripción internacional, previo cumplimiento del trámite establecido en el numeral 6 del artículo 136 de la Constitución Política. Dicho Representante no tendrá derecho a tiquetes para destinos nacionales.
