Con ocasión del cuarto centenario de la fundación de Guavatá (Santander), destínase la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000.00) para el establecimiento de una escuela agrícola vocacional que allí fundará el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, tomando los fondos de la partida global que para escuelas vocacionales figure en el presupuesto.
