El Cajero Liquidador tendrá la representación del Montepío Militar, y todas las facultades y obligaciones que el Código de Comercio asigna a los liquidadores de sociedades comerciales. Las cantidades en dinero o valores que ingresen por tal concepto quedaran sujetas al prorrateo entre los acreedores de la entidad de que habla el artículo 4.º de esta Ley.
