Los valores en dinero que queden pertenecientes a una sucesión, después de haberse hecho los gastos de que tratan los artículos 3° y 4°, serán depositados, inmediatamente que ocurra el fallecimiento, en un Banco de respetabilidad del lugar de la residencia del Cónsul, de lo cual se dará inmediato aviso al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para que se ponga en conocimiento de los interesados.
