Art. 2.° Por el Ministerio de Hacienda se darán las instrucciones del caso al señor Vicecónsul de la República en París para que se traslade al lugar que fuere necesario á efecto de contratar, inspeccionar, recibir y enviar con seguridad la expresada cantidad de moneda, obrando en el asunto de un modo análogo al que adoptan los otros países que hacen acuñar sus monedas en el extranjero.
