En desarrollo de los temas de competencia del Ministerio del Interior, se adoptarán medidas de seguridad tales como la protección de sedes donde se lleven a cabo actividades directamente relacionadas con el objeto de las agrupaciones a quienes se dirige el Programa, traslados dentro del país o al exterior, ayudas humanitarias, proyectos productivos y reubicación en el territorio nacional de sus dirigentes, miembros y sobrevivientes, para propender por su estabilidad socioeconómica, según la necesidad y la evaluación que sobre cada caso particular haga el Comité al que se refiere el artículo siguiente.
