Las funciones atribuidas al Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación por la Ley 19 de 1958 y demás normas legales, que expresamente no se determinen en el presente Decreto como de competencia del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica, corresponderá cumplirlas al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación.
