Ninguna embarcación mercante nacional podrá embarcar armas de guerra ni municiones para su servicio, sin autorización del Gobierno otorgada por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Las contravenciones a este artículo constituyen infracciones a las normas de la marina mercante, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones de ley. CAPITULO II.
