Tan pronto como sea sancionada la presente Ley, el Gobierno dispondrá la construcción de una variante en el camino nacional que partiendo del Puente Real, de Chitaga, bajando por la margen occidental del rio de este mismo nombre, pasando por el punto de Icota, y rodeando la loma de Venadillo, termine en la confluencia del rio Cacota con la quebrada de Taiguala.
