Artículo primero. Autorizase a los señores Gobernador del Departamento del Valle y Alcalde y Personero de Cali para que en representación respectiva de las entidades Departamental y Municipio y en Asamblea General de Socios de la central de Anchicayá, Limitada, dispongan la disolución y consiguiente liquidación de dicha Compañía.
