Indemnizaciones. Los empleados públicos de carrera desvinculados del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de la Economía Solidaria, Dansocial, como consecuencia de su transformación, tendrán derecho a la indemnización consagrada en la Ley 443 de 1998, los Decretos reglamentarios 1568 y 1572 de 1998 y las demás normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan, o por la incorporación a un empleo equivalente, conforme con las normas citadas.
