Decreto 1574 de 2022 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el parágrafo 1° del artículo 42 de la Ley 769 de 2002, adicionado por el artículo 2° de la Ley 2161 de 2021, en lo relacionado con el procedimiento para la verificación de las condiciones exigidas para acceder al descuento del valor del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Tránsito (SOAT).
