º Para conceder el título de bachiller es necesario que el aspirante que haya ganado todos los cursos correspondientes, se someta a un examen en cinco de las materias pertenecientes a los tres últimos años del pensum respectivo, sacadas a suerte. Dicho examen durará un cuarto de hora, por lo menos, en cada materia, y en el intervendrán para presenciarlo el funcionario que designe el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, si el examen se verifica en esta capital, y los Directores del ramo, si se verifica en los Departamentos.
