Artículo tercero. Simultáneamente con la ejecución de los trabajos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se acometerán, bajo la misma dirección y con los mismos fondos, los trabajos de reconstrucción, ampliación y rectificación de la carretera Troncal Occidental, dentro de los límites del Departamento de Antioquia, especialmente en el trayecto comprendido entre San Roque y Puerto Valdivia (kilómetro 150 a 201).
