Autorizado el registro en la forma prevista en el artículo anterior, el interesado deberá consignar en el Banco de la República el valor total en pesos colombianos del principal de la obligación, liquidado a la tasa del mercado intermedio, previa comprobación del depósito, la División de Registro de Cambios hará el registro de la respectiva obligación.
