º . En el mes de enero de cada año el Ministro de Fomento fijará la cuota de exportación de azúcar para el año respectivo, sin perjuicio de que puedan efectuarse reajustes posteriores, si así lo aconsejaren las circunstancias de la producción y el oportuno abastecimiento interno.
