Funciones de Secretaría. Sin perjuicio de que la Junta pueda crear el cargo de Secretario General de la Zona Franca, podrá señalar a uno o varios funcionarios de alto nivel las atribuciones y responsabilidades de autorizar con su firma los actos del Gerente, llevar la correspondencia, custodiar los libros y documentos, así como desempeñar las demás funciones de Secretaría.
