Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que, por medio Ministerio de Cultura, las Artes y los Saberes incorpore dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación, las apropiaciones necesarias para construir, mantener, restaurar y reparar la sede de la Majestuosa Banda de Baranoa del departamento del Atlántico, como lugar de crecimiento académico musical para las futuras generaciones.
