Habrá dos clases de alumnos en el Conservatorio: becados y pensionistas. Los primeros obtendrán sus becas mediante un concurso de admisión. Los segundos pagarán la suma de cinco pesos ($5) oro mensuales y tendrán derecho á cursar en un instrumento y en una clase teórica.
