Para Ser Magistrado Del Tribunal Superior De Aduanas Se Requiere Ser Colombiano De Nacimiento, Ciudadano En Ejercicio, Abogado Titulado, Tener Más De Treinta Años De Edad Y Además, Haber Desempeñado Por Un Periodo No Menor De Dos Años Algunos De Los Cargos De Magistrado O Fiscal Del Tribunal De Aduanas, Magistrado O Fiscal De Los Tribunales Superiores De Distrito Judicial, Director General De Aduanas, Jefe De Departamento De La Dirección General De Aduanas, Inspector General De Aduanas, O Haber Ejercido Durante Cinco Años, Por Lo Menos La Abogacía Con Buen Crédito O Enseñado Derecho En Un Establecimiento Público Durante El Mismo Tiempo
