En los estatutos de las cooperativas de trabajo asociado y las de producción comunitaria podrá establecerse un período determinado no mayor de seis meses durante el cual los aspirantes a ser asociados ejerzan provisionalmente los derechos de éstos y están sujetos a sus obligaciones pero pueden ser excluidos o retirarse voluntariamente sin trámites o requisitos especiales.
