Artículo sexto . Adiciónase el artículo 32 del Decreto 421 de 1982 el siguiente

Parágrafo

Si existiere duda de fraude en alguno de los formularios premiados, el concesionario podrá acogerse a la investigación correspondiente, quedando obligado a pagar el premio respectivo si se comprobase la inexistencia de tal hecho.
