ARTICULO 16 . PARTICIPACION EN SOCIEDADES Y ASOCIACIONES . El Instituto Nacional para Ciegos, INCI, podrá participar con otras Entidades Públicas en sociedades o asociaciones que se creen u organicen, con o sin la participación de personas privadas, en los términos del Decreto 130 de 1976 y de las demás disposiciones legales que regulen la materia, para cumplir eficientemente sus funciones o para objetivos análogos o complementarios.
