A partir de la sanción de la presente Ley, la Universidad Pedagógica de Colombia, con sede en la ciudad de Tunja, se denominará "Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia". En esta forma se modifica el artículo 1º de la Ley 73 de 1958 .
