A partir del 1° de mayo proximo, todas las estaciones radiodifusoras deberan emplear locutores de noticias para la lectura de noticieros, revistas de prensa, radioperiodicos y, en general, para todos los programas en que se lean noticias o comentarios nacionales o extrangeros. Las estaciones de onda corta de potencia de un kilovatio o mas y las de onda larga de tres kilovatios o mas, deberán emplear en los programas que no debán ser presentados por locutores de noticias a los locutores de primera categoria exclusivamente.
