ARTICULO 161 . FUNCIONARIOS INCORPORADOS.- Los empleados públicos que fueron incorporados al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte en virtud de la Ley 77 de 1987 y la Ley 38 de 1989, mediante los Decretos 1475, 1539 y 2407 de 1989, y las Resoluciones 7308 y 7196 de 1989 del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, y que a la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto se encuentren vinculados a dicho Ministerio, tendrán derecho al pago de la indemnizaciones o bonificaciones previstas en el presente decreto teniendo en cuenta el tiempo laborado en la entidad de que fueren desvinculados para incorporarlos al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte en virtud de las normas mencionadas en el presente artículo.
