Los ascensos de los Oficiales de los grados de Capitán de Fragata y siguientes, se someterá a la aprobación de Senado de la República, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el inciso 5° del artículo 98 de la Constitución Nacional. El Senado exigirá para la revalidación de estos grados o para su reconocimiento la Hoja de Servicios en copia autenticada.
