Referencias normativas. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, todas las referencias y/o disposiciones legales vigentes al Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, COLDEPORTES, se entenderán hechas al Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, COLDEPORTES. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Director de! Instituto como asistente, integrante o miembro de consejos, comisiones, juntas, mesas u otras instancias de deliberación, relacionadas con los temas de deportes, deben entenderse referidas al Director del Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, COLDEPORTES.
