° Las planillas para el embarque fluvial deberán tener los siguientes datos: nombre del embarcador, fecha de presentación, número y marca de los bultos, peso del cargamento, contenido, clase de transporte, puerto de destino y nombre del consignatario. La planilla debe presentarse firmada por el embarcador, y constituye una orden de embarque a disposición del Intendente o Inspector Fluvial, según el caso.
