ARTICULO 2º Los empleados que estaban al servicio del Centro Interamericano de Fotointerpretación (CIAF) y que sean incorporados a los cargos que por esta norma se fijan, no se entenderán desvinculados para ningún efecto legal en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 81 y siguientes del Decreto-ley 77 de 1987.
