La Corporación para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca tendrá su domicilio en la ciudad de Popayán y estará adscrita, hasta el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 1986, al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República. A partir de la citada fecha, estará adscrita al Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

Ley 11 de 1983 · por la cual se crea la Corporación para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca, se dictan disposiciones sobre su organización y patrimonio, se conceden facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República para dichos fines y para que dicte normas relacionadas con la constitución y organización del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades y se dictan otras disposiciones.
