Para determinar el recargo del 50% y la elevación de tarifa del 35% a que se refieren los artículos 10 y 18 de la Ley 45 de 1942, del monto de la liquidación establecido de acuerdo con las reglas consignadas en los dos artículos anteriores, se restará la suma de cien pesos ($100.00). La diferencia será la base de liquidación de dichos recargos y elevación de tarifa.
