Omisión De Pronunciamiento Sobre Los Bienes

Si en la sentencia o decisión con efectos equivalentes se omite el pronunciamiento definitivo sobre los bienes afectados con fines de comiso, la defensa, el fiscal o el Ministerio Público podrán solicitar en la misma audiencia la adición de la decisión con el fin de obtener el respectivo pronunciamiento.
