Art. 6º Los gastos presupuestos para el año de 1905 que no se hubieren ordenado ó legalizado en el curso de él, podrán girarse, cubrirse ó legalizarse con imputación al mismo Presupuesto dentro de los seis meses siguientes. Los gastos presupuestos para el año de 1906 que estén en el mismo caso a la terminación de él, se podrán girar, pagar ó legalizar dentro de los seis primeros meses del año de 1907.
