MATERIAS PRIMAS DE CONDICIONES HIGIENICO-SANITARIAS. Para la elaboración de alimentos y bebidas se deberán utilizar materias primas cuyas condiciones higiénico-sanitarias permitan su correcto procesamiento. Las materias primas cumplirán con lo estipulado en el presente Estatuto, su reglamentación y demás normas vigentes.
