° . Adiciónase el siguiente numeral al artículo 79 del Decreto 2474 de 2008, así: "16. Bienes que tengan por finalidad garantizar la vida e integridad del Comandante Supremo de las Fuerzas Armadas de la República, tales como elementos de protección personal; equipos de transporte de cualquier naturaleza, así como sus repuestos y mantenimiento; equipos de comunicaciones con sus accesorios, repuestos e implementos necesarios para su funcionamiento; mantenimiento y adecuación de instalaciones y, en general, todos aquellos servicios que para tal finalidad deban ser adquiridos bajo esta modalidad por el Sector Defensa y el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad -DAS-".
