Procedimiento interno . Las entidades prestadoras de los servicios públicos domiciliarios, mensual o bimestralmente, o según el período de facturación, efectuarán el cálculo de subsidios y aportes solidarios. La diferencia entre aportes solidarios y subsidios generará déficit o superávit.
