Las Instituciones Formadoras que pretendan ofrecer programas de auxiliares de la salud, se regirán por lo establecido en el presente decreto, por las disposiciones del Decreto 114 de 1996 o la norma que lo modifique y las demás normas reglamentarias que le sean aplicables.
