Cédese a la Corporación Nacional de Turismo el muelle y la bodega del puerto de Caracolí, en el Municipio de Honda, con todas sus anexidades y el terreno donde está edificada dicha bodega, el cual tiene una extensión de tres mil doscientos diez metros cuadrados (3.210 m 2), y se encuentra inscrito en el libro de Catastro del Municipio de Honda, zona rural, bajo el número 081/0144 y con los siguientes linderos: Por el Norte con el río Magdalena; por el Oriente con el mismo río; por el Sur con la zona de los ferrocarriles nacionales y el río Magdalena en parte; y por el Occidente, con la línea del ferrocarril.
