Obligatoriedad del registro. Ninguna sala de exhibición cinematográfica podrá funcionar sin el previo y correspondiente registro de ella y del exhibidor responsable en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Las salas de exhibición cinematográfica y los exhibidores respectivos procederán a cumplir con este registro, conforme a las normas de este Decreto, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a su promulgación.

Obligatoriedad Del Registro
Decreto 1156 de 1988 · por el cual se reglamentan el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985, el artículo 6° del Decreto-ley 2529 de 1987 y el artículo 8° del Decreto-ley 129 de 1976, en relación con el control de asistencia a las salas de exhibición cinematográfica, el registro de las salas de cine y exhibidores, el Fondo de Fomento Cinematográfico y se dictan otras disposiciones.
