Parágrafo

al artículo 31 del Decreto 3771 de 2007: "

Parágrafo 5

Los medicamentos o ayudas técnicas de que trata el

Parágrafo 2

del presente artículo, podrán ser entregados por el Ministerio de la Protección Social directamente o a través del administrador fiduciario del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, o de una entidad que forme parte del Sistema de Protección Social".
