La Secretaría Técnica de la Autoridad Nacional, ANPROAQ, estará a cargo del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, entidad que podrá designar la dependencia bajo su cargo o la entidad adscrita o vinculada a ese Ministerio que asumirá las funciones contenidas en el artículo 8º del presente decreto.
