º La Defensa Civil Colombiana constituirá una provisión actuarial que dé adecuada cobertura a futuras erogaciones por concepto de pensiones de jubilación de sus servidores. La Junta Directiva determinará el porcentaje de esa provisión que debe mantenerse en situación de liquidez inmediata dentro de cada ejercicio presupuestal, para atender el pago oportuno de dicha prestación.
